It wasn't the Democrats, it was REAGAN!!! Reagan had a VETO pen. Reagan proposed spending. Reagan did NOT use either of those things to try and cut government spending. According to YOUR loggic it was the DEMOCRATS that gave us the tax cuts!!!! So Reagan didn't DO NOTHIN' I guess, except take credit for Gorbachev's breaking up of the Soviet Union..LOL
