You mean as in buying Google keyword ads?

It might be something we'd consider down the road. We're still building a lot of the routines for monitoring our metrics and only recently discovered that we actually get a fairly decent number of new members daily, but a very low percentage of them become posters, which is a problem we think we'll be able to solve quickly and easily, sending a "Welcome" PM when they sign up being what should do the trick best (but only one of a number of things we'll be doing), since registering an account on SI leaves you with a pretty empty feeling initially unless you put in the effort to kick the tires and slam the doors and look under the hood. You log in and you don't get any feel for the monstrous size of the place, or have a clue what to do next.

The Welcome PM should help that a lot. It did when it was implemented on iHub.

We're extremely well-represented in any Google searches that'd be relevant though.
