And seems to me that the meaning of the word " terror " as we have been using it here is the terror inflicted by muslim terrorists on 9/11, the Cole, the US barricks, the USA embassies, the beheading of innocent Americans and others etc.etc around the world .....that kind of terror....The sniper and his little friend malvo would be inflicting terror on the general population... He was a convert to islam wasn't he?
