Herm, VVUS is past the top bollinger band. I've never been called out. Does this occurr at the end of the time period or anytime in the middle? I would assume that if someone expected the stock to rise more, they would wait until the end to call out the stock to maximise the profit, but if they expected it to fall, they would just sell the calls for the profit. If this rise is due to a sighting by some analyst, then I expect the stock to receede by Friday.
Just my thoughts.
