You have to spin a wild assed, tin foil hat wearing, conspiracy theory of unbelievable proportions to actually arrive at anything remotely close to some type of communications device. Then you still have to answer my questions with even more lunacy to manage to make that bulge into a communications device. It's a stinking bulge - no more - no less. There are many far more plausible things that bulge might be. And I don't have to spin any ludicrous conspiracy theory to get there. I'll say it again: When you satisfactorily answer my questions on the matter; - that the "bulge" actually connected to a virtually invisible wireless ear piece that none of the cameras could detect, - & the co-conspirators managed to provide responses so incredibly fast that Bush could respond immediately to the questions put to him; then & only then will I seriously look into it. For now, I'm not into disproving unsubstantiated conspiracy theories.
