Again, let me se if I can explain it. You claim that 13 death row inmates were released, and therefore the DP is wrong. The implication is that these folks didn't commit the murder. (Or why use their release to show the DP is wrong?) Fact is, being released doesn't necessarily mean they didn't kill. It means the law or the admissible evidence or a political whim got them out. It doesn't necessarily mean they didn't do it. BUT, it also means that our justice system works in capital cases. If there are any doubts, about ANYTHING, the inmate is spared execution.
