fwiw, re: Hurricane damages - just returned from the WPB/NPB area of Florida. To my shock, while the damage from the two hurricanes last Sept was still very visible - particulary to some of the taller condos - the locals explained to me that the RE market has not hiccupped. However, they did think that the mkt would react if they get whacked again this coming Sept.
