Where's the flaw Ray ? Isn't a large reserve of oil here in a politically stable, satellite (economically we are) strategically far better than off in the Middle east.. Isn't it more secure... ? Naw there may be a flaw but that's not it... :o) Infrastructure in place... no tankers required... You realise almost speak the same language ;o)
