I dunno. I know she's a vocal supporter of outsourcing. A loyal Repugnican, and a woman who broke through the glass ceiling. Maybe Bush feels, after he drives us to bankruptcy, Fiorina can work out some sort of favorable debt forgiveness plan - like Poppy's buddies always bailing him out in his business failures.
