Graeme, I think it does not bode well for CYBR's long term either, but I still know many people on windows 3.1 I don't think the introduction of windows 98 will kill CYBR's market anytime soon. In fact, it might raise awareness of CYBR's products.

It'll go something like .... 'Oh, your still on Win 3.1/95, you need to go get Oilchange/Uninstaller/FirstAid'

Microsoft has built in many of Norton's utilities, but Norton is still hanging in there.

Don't get me wrong, this isn't a buy and lockaway like Microsoft/Intel, but I think with the current revenue growth and profit margin on software your short is very risky over the next 6-12 months. It has gone straight up since the last earnings report and the next one should even be better.

I'd like to hear your reasoning on going short as well.

BTW, I'm not long term on this, I own Feb 15 calls.
