Rummell, chairman and CEO, will speak to the investment community at the Raymond James & Associates 26th Annual Institutional Investors Conference to review St. Joe's progress and future opportunities. Mr. Rummell is scheduled to make his presentation on Tuesday, March 8, 2005, at 7:30 a.m. (EST). Interested investors may listen, via live audio web cast at joe.com. Access to the site will be permitted after a brief registration process. Listeners will need to register using the login 'event' and the password 'viewer'.
