I thought you raised a good point, so I did some checking. I found four cyberstores that sold Sebastian Junger's "The Perfect Storm," currently the number 1 non-fiction best seller. Here are the results: Store - Price + Shipping Charges = Total Bookstacks - $14.37 + $3.85 = $18.22 Amazon - 14.37 + 3.95 = 18.32 Barnes & Noble - 16.76 + 3.95 = 20.71 Powells - 23.95 + 6.00 = 29.95 Borders is still not up and running. Bantam Doubleday Dell didn't carry the title. Where did you find shipping so much cheaper that it made book and shipping less than the above? In fact, point me to another bookstore carrying current best sellers.
