yeah Simmons was just an innocent young lad, just like Lee Boyd Malvo who innocently shot 15 people from the trunk of his car.

No one said they were innocent. What I am saying is that they don't warrant the death penalty.

And what I also am saying is that the GOP seems to be using the tactic of divide and conquer.....and I don't like it.
