I was born and raised in urban California beach towns, and currently live in what is supposed to be the cultural center of the universe. I am an executive in one of the largest companies in the world. I visited Cedar Falls, IA recently, and I thought that if I could get a decent job there, I'd move. Trust me, I am not alone, not everyone wants to be a slave to their mortgage and credit cards their entire life.
