Ignorance is not an excuse forever . . . just look at the photos of the dairy cows and the calves and you will see some of the truth.

The fact is that factory farming is a big secret, because almost no one in America would eat meat or drink dairy products if they actually understood how they are produced.

The film I watched was an award-winning film that has been shown at several film festivals. It is full of the torture and pain and agony that the animals experience from their births until they die. It shows the total disregard farmers and everyone involved in the stockyard/auction/slaughterhouse processes have for the animals.

I will continue to talk about this because I think it is important, and yes, I think I know more about the horror of it than factory farmers would want anyone to know. That doesn't mean I could run a farm, but it certainly qualifies me to speak up about it.

Here is information about the film I saw. I would urge anyone with a conscience to spend $20 to buy it, and see if you still want to eat meat or eat dairy products. I really don't think people realize the harm they are doing when they consume these things. They are eating terror. It couldn't really be good for anyone. I don't think they could do it if they realized. And if anyone does watch it, I would really like to hear from you to see what you thought about it:
