It provides funds for training and vocational rehabilitation programs for adults and dislocated workers, as well as activities for low-income youth. So you think a Mosque receiving federal training funds should have to hire a Jew as a teacher if they were the most qualified? You lefties are going to have to get over this disconnect between "of" and "from"..... Reminds me of women demanding to attend all male schools, but those same women get their panties in a knot when men insist on attending all female schools....
