JF, you're welcome. When I read the article, it brought to mind all of these fly-by-night lending companies who have hounded me with junk mail and daily telephone calls ever since I bought my house. Lots of funny money pumped into this economy thanks to low interest rates and refinancing. Is that a good thing? In some ways yes, but in other ways no. Tenchusatsu
