wp> Disagree. IMO, I would be inclined to draw the line at 10 or 11. If a kid is toilet-trained, what is so difficult to understand about murder? Certainly, children understand the implications. They don't grab speeding chainsaws.

Perhaps a bit conservative about this, but I fail to appreciate why the limit should be 16 or more.
