Like you, I am always looking for signs of complacency in the big-cap companies that I invest in, and I haven't seen any yet in Intel

One of Intel's major strengths is its senior management's "paranoid" instinct for survival. Bigness is not necessarily badness--in fact, I found Jerry Sanders and Michael Dell to be much more self-congratulatory than Andy Grove or even Bill Gates.

As far as this thread goes, I think there is a myriad of perspectives being offered here, and I always post information as is, as long as it comes from a reliable source.
