Some info from a post on RB: "..Health Express was an .08 stock in 7/04 when they issued a 19M share SB-2! The price dropped down to .007 as the shares were liquidated over the remainder of 2004! Check the chart! The SB-2 shares are now complete, and with these shares the total O/S is only 37,775,554 and 30M in the float! These numbers have been verified by the T/A.." Could be some possibilities here................ John :-) .
