since I am always happy to learn new stuff, maybe you could mention a few of those huge Muslim contributions dated between the 13. and the 19 century?

Since you are such an avid student by your own admission, why don't you do some research and report back to the thread. ;~)

While you're at it, why don't you let us know what Europe contributed to the world during its Dark Age.
