I have been lurking for a while here and considering a purchase. However, there is a serious ebb and flow of positive and negative thoughts here. I am a little concerned over the competion faced by RGFX. Encad appears to have a wide following and HP certainly has deep pockets. The thought that quality will win out may not really be true as MSFT is often cited as rarely having the best of anything but it has the most and that appears to count more. This lack of exposure also seems troubling. How exactly are these kinds of printers marketed--direct sales calls to print shops or what?
