NO doubt much of the stats you, syl, and scott are so gloatingly posting are true. But what are you gloating about? This has little to do with Bush and much to do with the failures of the welfare state. You have identified a problem but given no solution. The right comes at you with "Ownership" society and the left gives us Jerry Springer. Take your pick. I would love it, if progressives could actually find a better way to address these problems.
