I am wondering if JAVA is planning more acquistions in the future. They are authorized 20 million shares with 19,661,744 outstanding. Yet, they want to cut that to an exremely low 983,088 shares outstanding with a reverse. Plus, they want authorization to increase the number of shares outstanding from 20 million to 40 million. How do they plan to increase share holder value with this scenario? What is the real reason for this, they are supposed to be profitable? Comments anyone. Btw, has anyone called the company lately?
