Or 'file a bug report' = will you get the hell out of my office?! We had an error subsystem that had different strings of messages, all terminated with a standard message to mark the end. It had a bug that occasionally caused it to print out the final message, which was simply a placemarker and not meant to be displayed. The message, displayed in a nice message to the user, was simply one word: Dummy Glad I wasn't the one to take that customer support call...
