Hi Tsig - how's it going.

Your post was interesting but I was wondering if you were referring to conservative sections of US or the US in general.

I'm assuming you mean extreme conservative communities have high rates of abortion. That wouldn't surprise me but do you have a citation or a link?

We both know that the US can't really be called conservative or liberal. I happen to live in a bastion of liberalism but can drive an hour or less and find some real red necks. BTW I get along with all of them as most share the ability today to at least discuss differences rationally.

Anyway, was just curious about your post and the factual basis of your claim. As for the school systems with which I am familiar, sex education is taught and information is available freely. Whether or not teens listen is not a political issue but a social and familial failing, not limited to the US, and certainly having little to do with whether one is right, left or no-winged.

When it comes to teen think, all of us have a common enemy, and that is apathy, laziness, inability to communicate when communication is most needed.
