I see this morn's SeaTimes says they found 73 other felons
that the Republicans missed in the article that show's errors
in that list...... add more fuel to the fire...

I do have one interest in forging signatures and that was of
a story a while back that wrote of elderly bed ridden and some
completely oblivious to elections and somehow their votes were
cast but I have not heard more of that....
I do believe that their were shananigans and both sides prob'ly
did some. My sis the lib, was at first ecstatic of an investigation in voting thinking that the Republicans did the
dirty tricks and somehow Rossi got in and now that its focused on Dem's she is mum.....
funny, goto the Washington State Demorat's website and on their
news and headlines by month Nov 2004 is blank...no news-- talk about propaganda tactics to their own.

The issues we cover in our report include:
o Convicted felons have had access to King County’s election-related computer system.
o Homeless people with no proof of residency were allowed to list county buildings as
their place of residence.
o Illegal aliens voted.
o An undetermined number of soldiers didn’t get to vote because they received their
ballots late.
o King County had identified outstanding concerns about its vote-counting software and
elections systems that were not addressed prior to this election. The Secretary of
State’s report about King County’s problems warns officials that these problems could
“significantly increase the possibility of a successful election contest.”

o At least 8,419 more votes were cast in five counties than the number of people who
signed in to vote.
o People who have died are not removed from eligible voter lists in a timely manner.
Numerous examples exist of dead people casting votes that were counted.
o On nine occasions, King County election officials discovered unsecured ballots and
added them to the vote totals.
o Hundreds of provisional ballots were counted before determining if the individuals
were even eligible to vote.
o More than 55,000 ballots were changed (“enhanced”) by King County election
workers, in some cases wiping out the original intent of the voter.
o Ballots were later found unsecured in voting machines, but they were counted.
o The legislature charged the Secretary of State with writing 52 new rules and
canvassing board limitations to implement the new law. He did not do this. As a result,
no consistency in standards existed from one county to the next in regard to
preparation of ballots, the operation of vote tallying systems, canvassing and recounts,
absentee ballots and ballot security.
o Hundreds of signatures on provisional ballots appear to be fraudulent.
o Voters’ privacy rights were violated when a King County judge ordered their names
released to the Democrat Party.
o The Secretary of State certified the election on December 30, guaranteeing by doing
so that it was “a full, true and correct representation of the votes cast for the issues and
offices.” He knew this was not the case.
Our report concludes, at a minimum, gross incompetence and negligence occurred in the
election process, and in some cases, fraud was committed. |
