Well Thank you Festus and you are very welcome,

I have realized for years that besides the obvious criminal element in our society that can't govern themselves, there is a so-called "law a biding" element of individuals and businesses(if they can be seperated) that can't control their own actions. And if their ACTIONS go unchecked, unregulated, etc. they can lead to consequences that are JUST as criminal in the big scheme of things, like death and theft. The obvious ones being pollution of air and water, toxic and dangerous products, etc. JUST to save money or make more money, which is GREED, not unlike the greed of a bank robber or the uncontrolled lust that causes the rape of someone.

And the latter are are the ones always whining about getting government off their backs in their pious tones.. Sorry, not until they evolve enough to govern their own actions.
