kholt's post and mine are correct. You are attempting to redefine a term to satisfy your political agenda. It ain't gonna work. Give it up. As Reagan said "Facts are stubborn things." I agree about gambling. States should NEVER have allowed themselves to be dragged into that cesspool. A gov't that derives its revenue from corrupt sources is corrupt.
