>>> How about TKLC? - Long term, Long. <<<

I wouldn't think so at this time. The price is still falling and in "catching a falling knife" mode. The stock is in a clear down trend.

From a technical point of view, you should want to see a bottoming base put in. The base should be several weeks in the making. The base will serve as support on any corrections and you want to see some upward price movement before getting in.

All of the studies are still pointing down on TKLC.

The price has dropped below major support levels. The 40 week moving average was a significant support level and the price dropped through it like it didn't exist. MACD is still negative and heading lower. Money flows are still negative and also heading lower.

This would not qualify for a buy under any high probability set up I'm aware of. A buy here is purely speculation.

The weekly chart has the 200 week moving average close by. TKLC needs to stop there and start building a base. Notice how the price stopped dead in its tracks at the 500 week moving average, now that's long term!

To contrast the above chart, although RAD may correct this week, note the base it has built over the last 5 months. Price has finally risen above the 20 week moving average. The other studies are pointing up. MACD is positive and growing and so are money flows. The entry price would have one entering when the price gets above the 40 week moving average. That would be a significant change in the character of the stock as it would then have broken above long term resistance.
