Shane: Seems a bit low to me. The Govt elec div had sales of
$119 mio last year, but profits of only $3.6 mio. Sales have
been declining with the group for the last few years, so a fair
price but not a great price in my opinion.
The sale is great in that it allows WJ to get more focused on
two hot segments: Semi Equip and Wireless products.
As I said earlier, I would like to see them make an aquisition
or two and begin to beef the company up to better compete in
both segments.
