ACTL is starting to look better and better. Buying is picking up and the daily range is expanding. I see resistance areas as 17,21,25,31,37. Given the breakout in the SOX and the strength of the overall sector it is probable we have an intermediate term bottom in place. Sit back and watch the show and look for places to add to your position.
