Pixantrone appears to be a much safer bet. (I know I am not supposed to write such things, but old habits etc...). For Pixantrone there are a number of clinical studies with good-looking results for the indication, that is now the subject of the registration trial. The problem with Xyotax and what me very suspicious to start with was that there was really no relevant phase II results. But as the survival in the Stellar trials over time became so much better than anything seen so far, my reservations disappeared. I was pretty convinced that Stellar 3 would become a success for the longs. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The strongest point (in my mind) in favour of Xyotax was however the fact that NovusPharma agreed to become merged into and diluted by CTIC. They should have been able to do the proper DD for us shareholders. Evidently, they didn't do a good enough job. Which just shows how difficult this is. Even for someone with access to much more information and experience than what we have. It will really be interesting to find out what went wrong with the trial. Erik
