I'm sure some small minded politicians are salivating, thinking they can use Y2K as an election year issue.

I have a GREAT way to cut taxes!! How about IRS computers not working .... let alone SEC still "testing"?? You'll probably be able to buy & sell in 1999 to your heart's content ... and not worry about Capital Gains taxes!!!!
