"I don't do the abortion debate."

Interesting. Yet you demand to know my opinion on issues that are totally irrelevant to me and this discussion, and for which I have little concern (birth control and abortion). At the same time you declare your refusal to discuss it.

Here's the thing Laz, there are debate topics that can be conclusively resolved because they have finite determinants. Like a property decision... "Should we buy a new yaught on a social security fixed income?" For it: what fun we could have. Against it: no resources to support the idea. Conclusion: The family has no plans for a new yaught this year. End of debate.

There are also debates that lack finite criteria for making a conclusive decision; they only recommend according to the possibilities ... like power, societal values, sexuality, growth and discovery, etc. etc. etc. So, if you would like to pull up a chair great. Have a cup of tea and let's chat. However, you must bring a gift like the rest of us and if you aren't going to join the party ... you don't get the benefit of the chatter. And, you miss the rewards of imagining the possibilities with hope for the future and even eternity. No chair for you at this tea party until you are ready to offer your gift of gab. Sign on the door: 'Voyeurs not welcome.'

Take care,
jewel
