How in the world is that supposed to work? Also, do you mean that it will use covered calls on BOTH the gold stocks and the other natural resource stocks, or is it hedging gold against the other stocks? I mean, what are the assumptions behind this strategy? Is it that investors have become too bullish about the stocks and will buy the calls, with the premium redounding to the fund when the calls expire?
