Anything is for sale for the right price. Haven't seen it yet though despite several unsolicited offers. Had $6k offer for 20 highest acres, was upped to $10k from Stonecliff. Which now has 10 acre lots offered for $600,000 and up. Wanted mine to sell both sides of "best" road course. Told em my price was $40k per acre.

Road cost are killer thought aren't they? Wish I knew whoever or whatever knew that got Blackberry (a cart path 5 years ago) paved or in process of paved all the way from Hwy 321 to Parkway.
