That's a really interesting article- this is AMAZING:

At the very least we owe the animals we keep for food a benign existence until we slaughter them, although it would be nice if we could try to adapt to a vegetarian lifestyle since it is much lest wasteful or land and water. It's really amazing how much grain and water it takes to get one pound of beef.
