slack - this is a strong team and has been at the cnetre for a long time. Would you prefer the ex head of HP? I think that they have all been internal is stronger than going to the head hunters. This team has been brought up over the shop and IRJ remains and so probably will Thornley so its not as though they are dissapearing to go out the old age home. IMho this is a very strong move as it was inevitable. It really makes no differnce when it happens and in some ways the sooner you pass it to the next generation the better if you have the right team and I think Q does. Best, L
