That is astounding and yet Wal-Mart's shareholders don't seem to benefit anymore either. Come t think of it no one seems to benefit in this anymore except the Chinese who get to build out their infrastructure. The savings to US consumers is more than offset by a loss of jobs,destruction of currency and probable plunge in asset values with high interest rates as China dumps their large load of treasuries during the next downturn.
