Actually you just presented data that supports that presumption, although I wouldn't use the word 'eager'; that is part of your strawman's outfit. "- Young blacks have grown markedly less willing to join the Army, citing fear of being sent to fight a war in Iraq (news - web sites) they don't believe in, ... Fear of combat..." So, People who are more willing to join the Army are more likely doing so for the opposite reason. Most people don't need to read a report to get that (especially an 'unpublished' one). It is pretty much common sense these days. You are the one attempting to spin something. sorry.
