You might actually consider rephrasing that to "here's an alleged picture, offered up by an extremely partisan website, which purports to be the vehicle that the Department of Death has officially declared "lost".

Think about it, energyplay. If there was so little damage to the vehicle, why would the bad boys at the Death squad need to "lose" the vehicle?
