Already cleared up on Y2K thread, just thought I'd clear the air here - conversion referred to is as noted in the press release issued Friday which apparently was very well received. Escaping paying dividends on the preferred stock will add around $.06 to the EPS. 13% dilution is probably worth that.

I'm with those who are predicting a big rise on this stock, and I have felt this way since I bought my first 3,000 shares at 6 1/2.

So far, it couldn't be going better.
