Btw, if one is looking for a good stock to short or buy puts on, I believe FNM offers a very nice downtrend for one to pick shorting spots. Now is okay as the next most likely step in this trend is to take out the previous low. At some point it will rally in the channel and present a better risk/reward opportunity to short, buy puts. The bear put spread for June [60/55, that is] offers a nice risk reward and potential 100% return, even buying at the current offer prices for both legs. And all FNM has to do to complete it is drop by 4~%. Kb
