For governments that FOR DECADES worsen the lives of their country's population and show zero possibility for reform, yeah, they should be forcibly removed. Such governments are bad for their people, bad for planet, and a shame on humanity.

You are arguing for Elroy here...and Al too by the way. Since if that was the motivation of GW, we'd be all over east africa now. In Darfur alone more than a million people have been murdered and no end in sight.
