Thursday marks 5 years since the naz reached its all-time closing high of 5048.62

Something else to think about is back then the public KNEW that buying and holding stocks was the path to the good life. And all the daytraders... and the nonstop brokerage commercials, and on and on ad nauseam.

Now, 5 years later, most have learned the stock market is a two way street. But housing... well doesn't everyone know home prices do not decline? The price can only go up because they aren't making land anymore! And there is no real inflation. Even if there were that is just more reason to buy a house. Everyone will be rich, again! LOL.
