Greg, please help me to find data on Indian rupee value

I hear the rupee is rising
my theory is that midtier nations are seeing their currencys rise in valuation, mainly because they run surpluses, but also because their central banks are either unfamiliar with the practice of currency intervention or incapable to neutralize with their currencys (since not traded on the FOREX)

how has the Indian rupee been doing in the last year or two?
any links ???

I notice for instance that the SKorean won currency moved from 1170 to 1030 from summer 2004 to end 2004
(USDollar in won terms)
and from Jan 1st, from 1030 to 1000
thus motivating a response by their central banker

thanks, jim
