Wendell,

I accept your apology and thank-you for the gesture. I would also like to add, it takes a very big person to make such a gracious retraction, and IMO it speaks volumes about your honor and integrity.

I also agree with you -- there is no evidence to substantiate any of Westergaards false accusations, allegations, insinuations, or innuendoes, that I might have been expecting to gain financially from my posts about PLSIA.

I find it interesting that today's announcement by PLSIA substantiates the majority of the claims in my PLSIA posts -- the same claims Westergaard said were intended to damage PLSIA.

A comparison of my Overview of PLSIA and today's PLSIA announcement is somewhat illuminating to say the least.

My Overview: techstocks.com

Company's 9/3 release: techstocks.com

Wendell as to your other questions --

<<<Regarding the issue of revealing SmilePage's real name, If he's not complaining, it's none of my business, I guess. Maybe you had his permission to do so. The other question involved Level II Nasdaq.>>>

Smilepage's real name was listed on the internet for all to find for those with good research skills. I would say offering a bounty for information about a person while accusing them of criminal acts is a far cry from what happened with Smilepage. I have had my name noted on other boards by persons with good research skills because my real name can be found on the internet. The significant difference is Westergaard's action caused people to call business associates and claim I was committing illegal acts of fraud and stock manipulation to make money for myself. Not to <kewl> IMO.

As to my use of Level II, I think you will see in my previous statements;

techstocks.com

that I make it clear I am an internet trader with 15ish years of market experience and a posted trading portfolio gain of 150% percent on over 80% winning trades for the 7 months I have posted a portfolio. It is no secret I trade securities and do investment banking as well as the my involvement in the Laser Whitening business.

Hope this answers your questions, once again thank-you for the apology.

Cheers Steve
