Humm... my perception is that Clinton was fairly serious, considering how the threat was perceived at the time. As far as I recall, the Clinton admin was indeed working hard on nailing OBL and his folks by amassing hard evidence of all kind including video taping them. All of that for the purpose of taking them to court and hopefully locking them up... And that was the wrong thing to do, why? ted
