Well I can see them shifting gears as they will shortly stop buying back shares and then..... Dividend time! I just didn't expect him to say that so soon. I've followed Chambers for over twelve years now and this really surprises me. I think we will get closer to my prediction for the end of the year. When I tossed it out in January I was wistful.. Not now!
